Lunch @ Element, 元素

Supposed to be a belated Valentine’s lunch with my wife (purposely avoid the marked up Valentine set) but ended up with a marked up CNY 8-course set lunch. 🙂

Overall, this is the best vegetarian lunch we ever had and perhaps we are really getting old… we are still not hungry by 7pm. 🙂

Lunch at Hoshino Coffee, Capitol Piazza

My wife recommended me to a nice restaurant at the redeveloped Capitol building, the Hoshino Coffee.

DSC05577_uploadThe decoration of the restaurant has an interesting, oldish theme… and the waiters & waitresses dressed to a complimentary theme as well. How refreshing 🙂

How can I not get myself a cup of coffee?

For a non-coffee drinker like my wife, the Hot fruit tea is also good.

And of course, lunch!

Lobster Bisque Soup Spaghetti

For a big eater like me, this is not quite sufficient. Fortunately, the dessert is great!

And just before we leave, don’t forget to nominate the waiter/waitress with the best smile ^_^

If not because my wife recommended me to the restaurant, I wouldn’t have noticed the redeveloped Capitol Singapore. I can’t help but take a closer look.
