The inflatables playground at OCBC Arena, is part of the Fifth Community Play Day at the Sports Hub. Most importantly, the kids never encountered so many bouncing castles at one location besides this and literally enjoyed their bouncing castle buffet.
If the parents feel bored, they can also do some aerobics to burn some calories as well.
A Blaze! Carnival is currently going at City Square Mall and under the freaking hot sun, even my simple Xiaomi Mi Max performed well.
Besides terrific pictures, the hot sun also kept the crowd to a minimum, queues are short even on a Sunday 🙂
After an intense but rewarding 11-month programme, there’s no better way to celebrate the than a splendid dinner.
I will never had imagined doing a standard obstacle course (SOC in army jargon) out of my own free will, let alone paying to do anything remotely similar… until my girl wanted to try Spartan Race Junior and found myself running after her under the hot sun above my head and mud under my feet.
Parents eager to capture the start…
… and children can’t wait to begin.
And here they go!
Clearing all 11 obstacles and onward to the finish line. Great job children!
It has been several years since we last went to the Flyer and the glass seems to be cleaning today. But the lights outside the capsule still make photography a challenge.
I have to catch a flight at 9.20am and left home very early to avoid the jam to the airport. I would have grab a quick breakfast if not for a complimentary access to the lounge, blessing from the DBS Altitude card. This card came with a priority pass with two complimentary access to many lounges all over the world (see here). In fact, there are quite a few travel friendly credit cards that provide lounge access as well (see here). However, as far as I’m concern, I still prefer the Altitude over the rest because its annual fee can be waived if a minimum amount is charged to the card per year. At 25,000, it is quite doable if all the combined family expenses are charged to it. So the travel benefits and air miles really comes with no additional cost.
Anyway, here’s what I enjoyed for free.
My must-go event during Chinese New Year and look at the crowd!
This year’s fireworks and laser show is quite disappointing. Even though it runs every night at 9pm, it is very very short. Hope it will be better next year! Happy Chinese New Year!!!
