It was very difficult to find a non-hazy day to bring my kids outdoors these days. So when the PSI is not that unhealthy (~150), I brought kids to the see the lanterns at the Gardens by the Bay as part of the mid-autumn festival celebration.
I must say the lanterns were getting better each year.
Other than lanterns, there were a slew of performances as well.
After the sun fully set, the lanterns came alive.
Besides the special lanterns on display, the routine rhapsody was also modified to put up selected Chinese songs to suit the mood of the mid-autumn festival.
We didn’t spent very long due to the haze and hence not able to cover most of the lanterns. But at least the kids still have a relatively good time than being imprisoned indoors.
Last shot on our way out.
