Bird watching at the Botanic Gardens

People seldom go bird watching at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, and even fewer during noon. But I happen to be one of them when and went to recce the place via the Botanic Gardens MRT station before I met my friend for lunch.

The station exit is very near the Eco Gardens and decided to try my luck there because I remembered there were at least some ducks or swan there. And true enough, despite the light drizzling, the birds are still there this time. The swan is here…

… so are the ducks.

And it is nice to nap in such a nice cool rainy weather.

There are other birds as well, but too far away for my lens (max out at 400mm FF equvialent) except for this one resting on top of a sign post.
