Nature Shoot – Ecogarden, Singapore Science Centre

Went down for a nature shoot in the Ecogarden at  Singapore Science Centre, thanks to my friend’s free pass.

Some ‘fruity’ growth I found on a rotten tree branch on the ground

Just when I thought this is interesting, a little grasshopper pop up its head to say hello.

Someone just want to say Hello

There are quite a number of grasshoppers around here. If you have problem locating them visually, just swipe the grass with your feet and you are sure to find many hopping out of your way.

Found another grasshopper resting on a leave in the pond

Besides grasshoppers, I also saw quite a few species of dragonfly. Catching them resting on twig ends or leaves are quite challenging though.

Damselfly

There are even damselflies around here. But approaching them is even more difficult than dragonflies.

Fly-looking moth

Just before I left, I came across a fly-looking moth.
